Not a good design for the spigot end

This is the second one I purchased. The spigot end attachment is not good. The first one leaked and I tightened it and the end popped off the unit. I blamed myself for over-tightening it and bought another. Now this one is leaking...and when I try to tighten it acts like it is going to pop off too.Other than that it works great.Now, the thing leaks like a sieve and is now useless. (the second one to do this) I tried to get some warranty support but that seems to be useless too.

Water ingress made the item fail after 2 months and cannot get hold of Yomile UK

Always reluctant to give poor reviews but this item had significant water ingress into the workings of the product and stopped working. These things happen but it was more than a month after purchase so could not easily return it as you cannot get hold of Yomile direct. Eventually got hold of Amazon customer services who were very good and efficient and arranged a return and refund.

Water leaking from outlet constantly, defective product

Product does not work as intended, leaking water constantly from the outlet, even when manual override is switched on to block water out. Other outlet did not let any water out when scheduled either.

Great for the price + watering seed hack

Compared to others the price was much more affordable but I had one issue..it watering seed through the night.But I found if you change the schedule say at 7pm (I just move it hour forward then back again and save) it will update the schedule to reset the next day at the start time for me (6am) so the only issue i have is I have to go outside and do this every night as I only have the 1 timer it only takes a min.Stops it watering at night thoughIf your just watering the grass once or twice a week it works fine it's just hourly where it's an issue without a cutoff point.Not had any issue with leaks I think people need to get a tighter grip 😆

I have had this in use for nine days and its broken.

The programming of this did not do what i wanted it to do. Finally got it working as best i could. I went away for 4 days and came home to find the greenhouse flooded with this timer switched on to a three minute shower soak for cucumbers. I waited several minutes to see if it was going to switch off, but it just kept going. Aweful timer, i dont know how long it was running water whilst i was away but i expect a hefty water bill, and i have had to buy another new timer. This time i have bought a Hozelock.
